Administrative Assistant for the New York office
Purpose & Description:
Headquartered in Jerusalem, OurCrowd is a venture capital firm with an equity-based crowdfunding platform, built for accredited investors to research and invest in premiere start-up companies both in Israel and globally. OurCrowd’s New York City office has an open position for an administrative assistant to be responsible for investor documents and follow-up, scheduling, travel booking, event staffing, and general administrative duties. This employee will take direction from the OurCrowd representatives in New York City.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative information in response to client requests
- Anticipating supply needs; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Completing operational requirements by scheduling administrative projects
- Maintaining office and personal calendars for New York City
- Creating expense reports for the New York City operations
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers, and faxes
- Filing paper and documents
- Making travel arrangements for staff
- Helping to staff local events
Qualifications:
- Administrative writing skills
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Organization
- Professionalism
- Problem solving
- Verbal and written communication
- Team player
Nice-to-haves:
- Record of outstanding internal communication with a team, preferably with experience working and collaborating with global team members spanning several cities
- Experience in administrative work for financial or investment firms
- Salesforce fluency

Purpose & Description:

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests at the office
- Answering phone calls to the office
- Helping to keep the office organized and fully stocked
Requirements:
- Full-time position: 9:30-17:00
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
