“Will AI take over my job?” is a top FAQ in the workforce these days. The answer? Not today, at least – but by 2030, most likely. This leaves the workforce with two options: a) learn how to maneuver AI through upskilling, or b) ditch the corporate ladder and start a business where they’re not disposable. Sure, the first option will give an employee some years to stay within the company and work with AI, but with the rate it’s advancing, it won’t be a surprise if human workers find themselves redundant sooner than expected.
