The present study was conducted to evaluate the clinical usefulness of computer‐aided diagnosis of vertebral fractures from computed tomography images. Between January 1, 2019, and May 12, 2019, a single‐blinded, single tertiary center study was sought to compare a computer‐aided diagnosis (CAD) (Zebra Medical Vision) to an adjudicated imaging specialist reevaluation applying a retrospective consecutive sample of abdominal and thoracic CT scans (n = 2,357) performed as part of routine care.
