OurCrowd Forms Strategic Partnership with Cardumen Capital 

First Spanish based fund to focus on Israeli startup investment

Jerusalem, Israel / Madrid, Spain – October 3, 2017 – OurCrowd, a leading equity crowdfunding platform today announces that it  has formed a strategic partnership with Cardumen Capital, a Spanish-Israeli venture capital fund focused on Deep Tech startup investments. The fund, authorized by the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) is led by former head of Samsung Ventures Israel, Gonzalo Martinez de Azagra, known for such investments as PrimeSense (acq. by Apple), Replay Technologies (acq. by Intel), and Corephotonics.
