Mr. Jonathan Medved, Jon, is the Chief Executive Officer at OurCrowd. Mr. Medved was previously the General Partner and Founder at Israel Seed Partners. Mr. Medved is one of Israel’s leading serial entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. He co-founded Israel Seed Partners in 1995 and served as its General Partner and co-managed it until January 2006. Mr. Medved co-founded Vringo Inc. in 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from April 2006 to March 2012. Mr. Medved served as the President of Vringo Inc. He founded and served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at MERET Optical Communications Inc. from 1982 to 1991. He founded Meret Communications Inc., and served as its Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales. He was part of the founding management team at Accent Software, where he served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Medved serves as a Director of Foxcom Aelis, Photonics, Aelis Photonics, MobileAccess Networks Inc. and DefenSoft Ltd. He serves as on the Boards of various non-profits including Israel21c, Ma’aleh, and the Jerusalem College of Technology. He served as a Director of Vringo Inc., from April 2006 to March 2012. He served as a Director of Xtellus Inc. He served as a Director of Softier Inc. Mr. Medved served as a Director of several Israel seed companies including: Compugen Ltd.; Memlink Ltd., Business Layers Mempile-Israel Ltd. and Broadlight Inc. and studied in history from University of California, Berkeley.
