Another big acquisition: IBM buys Israeli startup, Trusteer

Another exit for an Israeli startup and a deeper move into Israel by one of the world’s tech titans: IBM today announced the acquisition of Trusteer, a specialist in cyber-security primarily for financial services. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but Israeli financial paper Calcalist had reported that the deal is in the range of between $800M and $1B.
