(Nasdaq: NIR) (“Near” or the “Company”), a global leader in privacy-led data intelligence on people, places and products, today announced the closing of its previously announced business combination (the “Business Combination”) with KludeIn I Acquisition Corp. (“KludeIn”), a special purpose acquisition company.
