Today’s article in The Fusion Report is an update on Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) and their progress so far in 2026. As a reminder, CFS was founded in 2018 as a spin-out from MIT, focused on commercializing tokamak-based nuclear fusion using high-temperature superconducting magnets.
