[Beyond Meat in Forbes] Blue Apron Partners With Beyond Meat To Offer A Plant-Based Burger To Customers

“Our decision to add the Beyond Burger to our menu was a result of many customers expressing interest in consuming meat fewer times per week or a curiosity for plant-based protein,” a Blue Apron spokesperson said. “In fact, in a survey of more than 5,000 customers, 63% expressed interest in Blue Apron adding plant-based meat to its menu.” Read more...
