(“Alloy”), a biotechnology ecosystem company dedicated to democratizing access to cutting-edge drug discovery technologies, today announced an agreement with AbbVie to develop a new antibody platform to discover potent, specific, and effective antibodies against targets that are difficult to address with current technologies. As part of the multi-year agreement, Alloy will receive an upfront payment, as well as an additional payment in connection with the delivery of the platform to AbbVie.
