Israeli startup, Borderfree, getting ready fo IPO

Borderfree, founded by Israeli entrepreneurs in 1999 and now headquartered in New York, confidentially filed for an IPO, possibly making it the first Israeli company to go public in 2014. Borderfree offers a unique all-in-one solution for big retail firms trying to market internationally, dealing with shipping, customs and currency exchange rates.
