Israeli toolbar giant Conduit plans on splitting the existing $1.5B company into two entities. In addition, negotiations between Conduit and Perion are taking place in what would amount to a $150-$200M reverse merger. Automobile technology company, Mobileye recently announced that it has successfully raised $400M from “five unaffiliated” financial investors, according to a statement released by the company.
